These terms apply to the website ternivf.com and the TERN IVF mobile app (together, the "Services"), provided by TERN IVF and Fertility Centre, 4th Floor, Gayatri Enclave, Plot No. 5, near Ingenium World School, Kokapet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500075 ("TERN IVF", "we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these terms.

1. What the Services are for

The website gives general information about the clinic and fertility care. The app lets patients of TERN IVF see their own appointments, treatment plan, results, medicines and bills, and contact the clinic. The information is general and does not replace advice from your doctor. Always follow the instructions your care team gives you.

2. Not for emergencies

Do not use the app's messages for urgent problems. If you feel unwell, call us on +91 88862 67892. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital or call 108.

3. Your account

App accounts are created by the clinic for its patients. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your app account at any time in the app (More → Privacy, your data and account). Medical records are kept as the law requires, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Privacy concerns or grievances can be raised with our Grievance Officer, Dr Sateesh Muppasani, at [email protected] or +91 88862 67892; we respond within 30 days.

4. Acceptable use

Use the Services only for lawful purposes and for your own care, or your partner's care where the clinic has linked your accounts. Do not try to access other people's information or interfere with the Services.

5. Availability and accuracy

We try to keep the Services available and accurate, but they may sometimes be unavailable or out of date. If something in the app looks wrong, please check with the clinic.

6. Privacy

7. Changes and contact
